Marton has been invited to open the second day of the Major Infrastructure Project Performance Conference in Sydney. He will focus on the use of performance measurement based feedback in key areas as a tool to guide outstanding achievements in project delivery. He will draw on experience in researching the Northside Sewer Alliance, in the development of performance measurement systems for aspects of safety, environment and quality management.
