ACCI hosted its third lean construction workshop on July 10 and 11.

US co-founder of the Lean Construction Institute , Greg Howell and Marton Marosszeky ran the two-day workshop.

The focus was on improving the reliability of detailed planning and the implementation of management tools to achieve defect free construction.
